Nominations closed; another (short) sign up extension

Due to unexpected circumstances yesterday, I just finished final approvals and nominations cleanups; I've decided to allow until midnight eastern time tonight (approximately 11 hours and 23 minutes from now) for final sign ups.

This is a good time to ensure you're matchable (able to write for another person's request)!
